About Fruit Street Health

Fruit Street Health is a CDC-recognized diabetes prevention program designed to help patients with prediabetes prevent progression to Type 2 diabetes through diet and lifestyle changes. The program is delivered via telehealth and live group Zoom sessions, led by registered dietitians, and offers a comprehensive, interactive approach to chronic disease prevention.

Advisory Board Member Position

We are looking for senior healthcare executives and business executives who are interested in participating on our advisory board and helping with the following :

• Introducing Fruit Street to potential customers and / or investor groups
• Advocating for the diabetes prevention program with healthcare organizations
• Helping guide the strategy of the company in collaboration with the CEO
• Collaborating with other advisors as we try to advance Fruit Street's mission of public health.
• Educating physician groups, health plans, and other organizations about the value of the national diabetes prevention program.
