Job description0–2 years of experience in real estate, timeshare, or financial services sales Proven success in high-volume phone sales or inside sales environments Familiarity with sales scripts, CRM systems, and lead qualification processes Strong investigative mindset with the ability to uncover seller motivations Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills Skilled in managing objections and guiding sellers through the closing process Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Sales Representative (Closer)
Location : St. Augustine, FL (Onsite)
Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $36,000
- Commission : 6–10% of team quarterly revenue (average earnings ~$125K / year, paid as a lump sum)
- Referral Bonus : Available for successful candidate referrals
- Cold Call Bonus : Offered for contributions to successful outbound cold calling efforts
