- Shift A : Tuesday-Saturday (4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM EST), Sunday & Monday off
- Shift B : Saturday-Wednesday (12 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 PM EST), Thursday & Friday off
About the Role : We're seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact for technology-related inquiries, helping customers resolve hardware and software issues through multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do :
Respond to technical inquiries via email, online chat, phone, and in-person interactionsProvide information about IT products and services to customersGuide customers step-by-step through problem-solving processesTroubleshoot hardware and software issues across various systemsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issuesDocument and communicate customer feedback to appropriate internal teamsMaintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutionsWhat We're Looking For :
