Key Responsibilities

Implement outbound calling programs and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation activities
Align daily activities of the Sales Development Representatives to meet quarterly goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software / Technology (SaaS) space
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)
2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing sales prospecting execution plans
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
Experience developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
