Now, we're looking for a General Manager to lead operations at our fully automated Sortation Center in Glendale Heights, IL. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape performance, culture, and efficiency in a cutting-edge facility.

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the sortation center's operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective performance. Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead & Develop Teams : Manage and coach direct reports, provide training, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
• Own the P&L : Monitor labor, material, and transportation costs to ensure profitability.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Implement process improvements, uphold quality standards, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure Workforce Readiness : Oversee training programs and scheduling to maintain full coverage and productivity.
• Collaborate & Innovate : Coordinate across shifts, adjust schedules for volume changes, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Build a Positive Culture : Create an environment of innovation, engagement, and fun.
