GENERAL MANAGER

Job Summary

The General Manager , reporting directly to the District manager, holds duties related to day to day operations of a corporate dining account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Provides high-level strategic oversight of the entire hospitality program
• Leads employee engagement, retention initiatives, and strategic recruiting for FLIK team
• Oversees long-term planning and project execution as client continues to grow their operation
• Regularly reviews and optimizes procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing
• Reviews monthly financial reports; provides detailed financial analysis to client on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Serves as the primary liaison between client and the FLIK operational team
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
