Area Operations Manager

Flagship is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to run multiple sites in Central Florida for our Janitorial division. As a representative for our company, you will take ownership of accounts and grow them to their full potential. Duties will vary from assisting with customer inquiries to managing employees' onsite to helping maintain long-term customer relationships.

Will require travel to sites around Orlando / Tampa / Central Florida.

Work Environment :

Small-to-large, fast paced office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments, shop environments and manufacturing environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise. The performance of this position may occasional require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move a minimum of 50 pounds of office or facilities equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and ability to safely install rigging / lifting devices. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
