Pratt & Whitney's Program Planning & Scheduling (PP&S) organization is searching for a Sr. Program Scheduler. The PP&S organization works with key program stakeholders to promote the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as a healthy, integrated management tool. The Master Schedule is the program's most powerful management tool and when properly maintained, a healthy schedule can be used to influence program decisions and actions.

The F135 Sr. Program Scheduler works with EVA&R and CAM stakeholders and partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity in alignment with government and company standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who understands how to effectively and independently drive timely and accurate support of the IMS. We are seeking a critical thinker, with expertise in scheduling best practices and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) compliance, able to make recommendations for alternative ways to view program information enabling program management decisions.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
