Job description

Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting

The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting will assist with the planning, organization and preparation of the Company's external financial statements and SEC filings (including Forms 10-Q and 10-K), as well as other filings in conjunction with various corporate transactions. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Consolidations and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of the calendar associated with all filings, including reviews by internal personnel, disclosure committee, audit committee, and external auditors
  • Detailed preparation of the Company's external financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, XBRL tagging review, and other disclosures
  • Coordinate the collection of supporting documentation from various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Work with external and internal auditors to provide information required to complete quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Assists and coordinate the validation, corroboration and tie-out of data to relevant supporting documentation for all external reporting activities.
  • Research new Accounting Standards Updates and their impact on the external financial statements
  • Organize and maintain supporting work papers related to Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance for the financial reporting group.
  • Assist with any and all ad hoc reporting, research or document preparation as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • CPA preferred
  • OneStream experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Highly driven / self-starter
