• Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Cheshire Fitness Zone. In this role, you will work with children and adolescents, providing specialized speech and language therapy services that cater to their individual needs. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance the communication skills of our clients.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support client progress.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding communication strategies at home.
• Requirements
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and teams.
