Associate Director, Marketing & Brand Strategy

Whitworth University seeks a strategic and creative marketing professional to serve as Associate Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy. This pivotal role shapes how Whitworth is perceived by prospective students, alumni, donors, and the broader community.

The Associate Director will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that reflect Whitworth’s Christ-centered mission and advance institutional goals. Success in this role will be measured by strengthened brand recognition, more robust enrollment pipelines, and deeper engagement with stakeholders.

Full-time (1.0 FTE) | 12 months | 40 hours per week

Whitworth office hours are 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM Monday–Friday
