Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the accounting department to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, using QuickBooks Enterprise and our accounting / manufacturing software. You will also reconcile bank statements, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks such as filing and purchasing office and shop supplies. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and possesses a solid understanding of accounting best practices.
