Are you ready to launch your career in manufacturing leadership? Our 24-month, entry-level Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to build your leadership potential and operational expertise in a dynamic plant environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects that optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Participate in structured leadership development, covering topics like project management, financial acumen, data analysis, strategic planning, and more.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, learning how engineering, maintenance, quality, operations, and finance all contribute to plant success.
• Apply Lean tools and problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, root cause analysis) to real challenges.
• Collaborate with plant leaders to develop performance metrics, analyze data, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Participate in a cohort of your peers, engaging in in-person and virtual training experiences.
• Standard schedule : MondayFriday, with potential for weekends, rotating 12-hour shifts, overtime, or on-call work as business needs require.

Program Tracks

Depending on your assignment, you'll specialize in :

Lead data-driven projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Support manufacturing change control and documentation processes.

Supervise quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
