At Gitwit, we build, launch, and grow startups from scratch. Our downtown Tulsa studio is home to our core team, founding venture teams, plus investors who swing through every week.

We’re on the hunt for an Office Manager who can run the show. This isn’t just a front desk or assistant gig. It’s a high-impact operations role where you own the systems, tech, and hospitality that keep our venture studio running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll make sure our people and guests have what they need to do their best work and enjoy doing it.

Create a frictionless, inspiring office environment where tech works seamlessly, everyone feels welcome, and visitors leave impressed.

In This Role, You Will :

• Run workplace IT & systems – Own accounts and keep everything secure, fast, and reliable so no one has to waste time troubleshooting.
• Own office operations – Oversee mail, supplies, conference rooms, janitorial / maintenance vendors, building access, and inventory. Make the office hum day-to-day.
• Shape the experience – Create an environment that’s not just well-equipped but welcoming, inspiring, and energizing where people love to work and gather.
• Lead hospitality & events – Plan and execute investor dinners, team offsites, and internal gatherings. Coordinate catering, vendors, and logistics so every experience feels smooth, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Build repeatable playbooks – Design IT, office, and hospitality systems that work seamlessly at Gitwit HQ and can be rolled out in future workspaces.
