You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of the staffing process, from generating new business to leading a successful team. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development : Actively sell and secure new client accounts through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve branch goals and operational excellence.
- Recruitment : Oversee and participate in the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Operations : Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including P&L, budget, and performance metrics.
- Compliance : Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and all relevant federal and state employment laws.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the staffing industry is required, with a proven track record of successful sales and business development.Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the staffing or recruitment industry is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM software and a solid understanding of the sales process.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Compensation & Benefits
