On-Site Operations Manager - Manhattan, NYC

The On-Site Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining excellent client communication, and executing services provided on-site in a professional office environment to a high degree of excellence. Scope of services includes, but is not limited to, general business support and office services, mailroom and copy center functions, corporate hospitality and conference room management, and facilities and building services.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM with flexibility for occasional off-hours and special project work, this will be a Salaried position.

Compensation : 90,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD / yr plus bonus incentives

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

• Directs and oversees mailroom activities including the sorting and delivery of incoming mail, as well as the preparation and sending of outgoing mail
• Ensures the coordinated delivery of Copy Center services by effectively supervising all phases of the operation including scheduling all work into the copy center, controlling the workload, and maintaining a synchronized production schedule with Printing Services
• Responsible for a budget covering all business support operations

Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the sites and to lower operating costs

Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for the On-Site Operations Manager role will possess 3-5 years experience managing 10 employees or more, 5-7 years experience in a mail and copy department or similar operation, in addition to a self-starter mentality. Additional qualifications include :
