STAFF-UP is hiring for Cable Wire Assembler in Dallas, TX 75247!

Pay Rate : $18.00HR

Shift hours are 8AM Start (Possible rotating shift)

Position Summary :

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience with prefabricated cable and wire harness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble prefabricated cables according to drawings and work instructions
  • Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and label wires and cables
  • Operate hand tools and machines safely
  • Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure smooth operation

Experience :

  • Prior experience in wire or cable assembly, cable harness preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Willingness to work overtime depending on order volume

  • Cable Wire Assembly : 3 years (Required)
  • Calipers : 2 years (Required)
  • Micrometer : 2 years (Required)
  • cutting and crimping wire : 2 years (Required)
  • Machine operation : 2 years (Required)
