We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Manager to join our team in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in finance and accounting to drive recruitment strategies and connect top talent with the right opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, managing, and growing relationships with candidates and clients. Responsibilities include :

• Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates with relevant experience.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful matches.
• Utilizing your finance and accounting knowledge to assess candidate expertise and align them with client needs.
• Managing high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand client partnerships.
• Analyzing market trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve placement success rates.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational hiring goals and maintain service excellence.
• Providing consistent communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
