Our company, known for its excellence in design-build projects, is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Engineering Manager in our Charleston office.

Qualifications :
- Engineering degree from an accredited university
- Professional Engineer's license from the State of South Carolina
- Expertise in commercial and industrial mechanical and plumbing design processes, applications, standards, and codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering / CAD / Revit software
- Strong understanding of industry practices, standards, and codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and negotiation abilities
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test
Responsibilities :
- Perform HVAC load analysis and mechanical design
- Design plumbing and process piping systems
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals for design-build projects
- Source potential projects from various channels
- Oversee projects to completion within budget
- Coordinate drafting efforts
- Assist project managers with engineering needs
