Job description

Start Date : October 20, 2025

Location : On-site in Beverly Hills for 2–3 months, then fully remote

Schedule : Monday–Friday, availability required between 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM PT

Time Off : No PTO requests allowed during the first 6 weeks. Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday will be observed as holidays.

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This role begins with on-site training in Beverly Hills and transitions to remote work. You’ll play a key role in supporting patient scheduling and coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for patients across various specialties
  • Navigate and update Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably EPIC
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a metrics-driven environment
  • Meet performance targets including call handling time, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely care

Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience required
  • EHR experience required; EPIC strongly preferred
  • Prior experience scheduling medical appointments
  • Call center experience with exposure to KPIs and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours within the 7 AM – 7 PM window
