PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an entry-level Electro Mechanical Technician to join our team in partnership with a leading innovator in the aerospace industry. About the Role

In this full-time, 12-month consulting role, you will be part of the Cargo Assembly team, working under the guidance of a Manufacturing Team Leader. Your work will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately assembled, tested, packaged, and ready for delivery. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a team-driven manufacturing environment.

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $19 / hour (non-negotiable) This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

What You Will Do

Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.

Operate hand tools, air tools, hand cutters, measuring devices, and light equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory of components at assigned workstations.

Perform quality checks, identify defects, and document findings.

Rework or repair products based on updated engineering specifications.

Complete all tasks in alignment with quality standards and safety procedures.

Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications You Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent.

If you do not have a diploma / GED, 2 years of relevant experience will be accepted.

Qualifications We Prefer

Computer Skills : Ability to navigate basic computer systems and software.

Tool Proficiency : Comfortable using hand and power tools with precision.

Customer Focus : Support timely assembly and delivery to meet customer needs.

Reading / Comprehension : Ability to understand written instructions, memos, and documentation.

Written Communication : Capable of writing simple correspondence when needed.

Teamwork : Strong collaborator who contributes positively to group efforts.

Pay Details : $19.00 per hour
