The Core of the Job

• Represent clients in EOIR proceedings , including individual hearings and master calendar hearings
• Prepare legal filings, briefs, motions , and client declarations that tell the story and win the case
• Handle bond hearings, appeals, motions to reopen, and stay requests
• Collaborate with a team that wants your opinion, not just your signature

What You Bring

1+ years of experience in removal defense

Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar

Able to handle EOIR filings, hearings, and client preparation confidently.

Strong writing and communication skills we care about clarity, not just credentials
