Software Procurement Specialist

A company is looking for a Software Procurement Specialist to join their team for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Software Category Program by managing targeted spend and strategic partnerships

Develop and execute sub-category strategies for various software solutions in alignment with business goals

Manage vendor relationships and oversee Software Asset Management tools to ensure compliance and optimize spend

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience preferred

5+ years of experience in Software Category Management or Procurement

Proficiency in producing category strategies and supplier management plans

Exceptional time management skills in a complex work environment

Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours as needed
