Property and Acquisition Branch Head
You will serve as the Property and Acquisition Branch Head within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO).
You will provide Navy ERP systems support with responsibility for all aspects of the Property and Acquisition Branch.
You will provide support to the NAVSEA Enterprise, both General Fund and Working Capital Fund, and serves as the liaison for the NAVSEA Enterprise to the Navy ERP program office for all matters within the cognizance of the team.
You will serve as the supervisor for the personnel positioned within the Property and Acquisition team and is the NAVSEA Enterprise's Navy ERP system expert for these matters.
You will be responsible for ensuring management of trouble tickets, interpreting system changes / upgrades, participating in system testing, writing / reviewing feedback on change requests, participating as an integrated process team member.
You will be responsible for interpreting policies and procedures, making business process recommendations for operations within the Navy ERP, responsible for providing effective customer service and ensuring feedback mechanisms are established.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13 / 14 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate managing a Navy ERP helpdesk, performing Property and Acquisition functions, identifying and resolving Navy audit issues, or improving design of systems and solutions.
