Summary : As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional living experience for our current and prospective residents by maintaining one to three properties to the highest standards. Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team, Support Services Hub, and Service Team, you will ensure smooth coordination across all aspects of our business. Your key areas of focus will be on financial management, maintaining the quality of our buildings, enhancing resident retention, effective risk, and crisis management, and safeguarding the reputation of each community. By fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of our communities.

Compensation
Hourly : Starting at $42.74. The full range is $42.74 - $53.42 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Annual : Starting at $88,000 annually. The full range is $88,000 - $111,000 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
