Lead Carpet Technician

Carpet & Home Restoration Technician : Warrenton / Culpeper, VA

Seeking hard-working individuals with prior carpet cleaning and / or home restoration experience. Basic skills and tasks required for the position include the following :

• Effectively performing all carpet / floor cleaning and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicating professionally with all customers and co-workers at all time and operating in line with company core values of excellence, integrity, professionalism, teamwork and committed service to both the customer and community.
• Performing basic equipment and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Working closely with an operations manager to perform requisite on the job training.
• Demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness and monitoring his / her own work to ensure quality standards are adhered to. Strong fit with company culture which includes exemplary customer service; commitment to personal and professional growth and connection to the community.
