A growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire / smoke and mold remediation has an opening for a Lead Restoration Technician. Lead Restoration Technician responsibilities involve responding to emergency and non-emergency restoration calls, customer service, contracts, game planning, estimating, gathering moisture points and recording, demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).

Responsibilities :

• Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage and mold remediation.
• Be customer focused.
• Take damage assessments, moisture readings and be able to run a crew.
• Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying.
• Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents.
• Must be willing to work outside of "regular" business hours when necessary.
• Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.
