Description

Performs duties in the IT Department primarily by installation, troubleshooting and configuration, repair and maintenance of all IT related systems and equipment. Responsible for periodic maintenance of equipment for malfunctions as well as installing and maintenance of Class II and Class III Electronic Systems of the Casino.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Level I

• Prepare, alter and maintains detailed maintenance schedules for all Hardware and Software applications.
• Assists in preparation and installation of software and peripheral devices.
• Monitors and controls inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Applies and adheres to all administrative and organization internal controls to ensure continuous compliance within the enterprise.
• Uses judgment and make decisions when faced with equipment failure, error conditions, and / or software problems.
• Prepares for action by management recommendations for acquisition of newly developed, additional or replacement equipment.
• Coordinates equipment / software installation and maintenance activities with operations to avoid disruption in IT communications and systems to ensure efficiency of operations.
