Purpose

The Payroll Specialist position supports the Payroll Department in timely and accurate weekly payroll submission and record keeping.

Essential Duties

• Assist Sr Payroll Admin in timely and accurate weekly payroll submission.
• Organize and scan Payroll and HR documents.
• Audit and reconcile time sheets, earnings, deductions, leave balances.
• Enter wage garnishments and court orders.
• Research and solve payroll errors and / or discrepancies.
• Provide customer service to the field and operations.
• Running and generating standard reports.
• Weekly check distribution.
