As a Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in onboarding new associates and coordinating ongoing training programs. You will facilitate essential training in areas like Abuse & Neglect, CS Procedures, Missouri Quality Outcomes, and Therap, ensuring all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel. Your role will involve developing and implementing on-the-job training, researching supplemental resources, and collaborating with leadership to ensure training consistency across various programs. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional care and support to those we serve.
