Position / Specialty : RN – Emergency Room

Shift : 3×12 hours, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (No block scheduling)

Call Requirements : N / A

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend (2 weekends per month)

RTO : Maximum 5 days per year, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No holiday RTO, and no RTO the day before or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

Floating : Mandatory at Cook facilities; all staff are required to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in the Emergency Department

Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS

Locals Accepted : Yes – locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
