Key Responsibilities
Handle phone, email, and fax communications related to the concierge program
Process Pharmacy Concierge case management cases and maintain case profiles
Investigate and resolve inquiries in a timely manner and manage work queues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office
Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
