Small civil rights and personal injury firm in downtown Manhattan searching for a legal assistant with experience handling NY state personal injury or civil rights cases. Duties will include client outreach, drafting of BPs, Discovery Demands, and handling all other aspects of discovery.

3+Years Prior experience in personal injury litigation and / or Federal litigation preferred. Spanish Fluency a plus.

Hybrid or in-person.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including BPs, D&I responses and all filings via NYSECF
• Client communication
• Medical records retrieval
• Docket management and calendaring
• File organization
