As a Senior Business Architecture Manager within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Strongsville OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

Expand the adoption of Information Architecture Standards through Enterprise Architecture and Application Architecture. Drive the establishment of a Data Ontology for use by Data Domain Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Application Architecture, Application Owners and Product Owners for the efficient and effective oversight and management of their Data Applications and Data Products. Mature our Information Architecture practice to enable modern usage and increase value of data. By adopting and aligning to Data Standards, an enterprise Semantic layer can create a single environment to accommodate all usage of data. Through a Data Ontology, we can see where we have redundancy and inefficiency in delivering data for usage. Establish a Data Management Strategy incorporating aspects from Engineering, Data Governance, Active Data Management and Information Architecture. Establishing capabilities to better align physical data fields to a standard set of terms within an enterprise glossary and model. Driving solutions to connect and navigate through both the logical and physical data universe including Applications, Lineage, Processes, and Data Domains.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $100,000.00 $195,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
