Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Senior Systems Engineer plays a critical role in the development of Avanos’s medical device portfolio, driving the integration of hardware, software, mechanical, and clinical requirements into safe, effective, and commercially successful products. This role is responsible for translating user needs into system-level requirements, architecting system designs, managing interfaces across disciplines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling seamless execution from concept through design transfer and sustaining engineering.

Salary Range : \n
The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $104,000 - $121,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the base posted.
