Business Development Representative (BDR)
Ideal Group is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, team-oriented, and relationship-savvy Business Development Representative to help fuel our success. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound cold calls, booking meetings with decision-makers, and generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that keep our sales pipeline strong.
The first year is primarily office-based with no travel, giving you time to learn our industry and clients. By year two, you’ll spend about 20% of your time traveling to build face-to-face relationships and see your impact in action.
