Travel Coordinator

SOSi is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our team in Reston, Virginia supporting travel arrangements for our government customer.

Essential Job Duties

Schedule required training in association with overseas deployments.

Schedule and make flight arrangements, hotel / billeting, and car rentals for overseas travel.

Knowledge of U.S. Government travel regulations.

Knowledge of various host nations to support country travel requirements.

Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickup / drop-off times.

Assist in processing documentation such as passport visa and other clearances.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Must have current TS / SCI + Poly government security clearance.

2 years' experience with US government travel regulations and overseas travel support.

Strong working knowledge of all aspects of ticketing transactions, rerouting and exchange processes.

Must be detail-oriented and possess effective organization, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Work Environment

Normal office working conditions

Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
