Were looking for an experienced Client Services Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the intricacies of affiliate marketing, creative strategy, and conversion funnels. This person will be the key relationship lead for our clientsensuring their goals are met and exceeded while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and driving long-term partnership value.
- Develop and present strategic plans for affiliate program growth, creative optimization, and funnel improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale campaigns and optimize partner performance.
- Manage day-to-day affiliate operations in coordination with internal teamsincluding onboarding new partners, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with affiliate managers, media buyers, and creative teams to align strategy and execution.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Partner with design and media teams to brief in and review creatives that align with brand and performance goals.
- Provide feedback on landing pages, funnels, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., ROAS, EPC, CPA, conversion rates) and communicate results with strategic recommendations.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketingpreferably at an agency or in-house affiliate team.Strong understanding of marketing funnels, creative strategy, and performance metrics.Proven experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication skillscomfortable leading calls, presenting strategies, and interfacing with senior stakeholders.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Everflow, CJ, etc.) and analytics tools.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Nice to Have
