Required Education : High School Diploma Required Certifications / Licenses : OSHA 10 hour (within the past 3 years) Confined Space Entry, Hazard Recognition, and Evaluation (within the past 3 years) Excavation / Trench Hazard Recognition and Evaluation (within the past 3 years) First Aid / CPR Erosion Control Required Qualifications : In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities. 10 years of relevant experience as a resident engineer or construction manager. Skill in performing critical path scheduling, cost estimating, and claims management. Detail oriented, and able to work independently and in teams. Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with eBuilder construction management software is a plus. Construction management and Microsoft computer software. Public works project management principles, processes, systems, and techniques.
