Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2nd interviews to assess candidates' technical depth and suitability
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs
Participate actively in the recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Senior Software Engineer with expertise in languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Ruby on Rails
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineer on large-scale projects
Experience in hiring engineers for your team
Background in a high-growth dynamic company
