KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise activities on Federal Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engagements, including reviewing risk identification, assessment, response, and monitoring (including program integration with management activities and program processes / documentation)
• Perform management review of engagement deliverables, working papers / supporting documentation, and provide oversight of staff.
• Work directly with Federal client management to develop and / or revise ERM program processes and communicate areas of improvement to KPMG management / clients
• Review / evaluate enterprise risk strategies, objectives, policies, and / or Federal business processes to successfully identify, manage, govern prioritized risks
• Provide high quality, professional day-to-day oversight of engagements and projects in line with firm risk management practices to U.S. Federal government clients
• Led the development of strategies / implementation plans, policies / procedures, risk profiles / risk registers, risk assessments, and response plans, and results of relevant ERM lifecycle activities with findings / recommendations
• Lead Advisory project teams, assist client management to successfully complete engagement objectives, lead the design, preparation, and analysis of deliverables
