HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in New Rochelle, New York. This role involves managing key human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist or related HR role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and build strong relationships across the organization.
