Job Summary :

The Service Manager along with the shared duties of the Road Technician team will lead and develop a team of technicians and installers for vending and coffee services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational shop office / workspace.
• Coordinate with Shop Lead to ensure equipment or awaiting parts are eithe r; cleared for service the following day, or r equired parts have been ordered.
• Work closely with Operations Manager to : Identify recurring equipment or operational issues and r ecommend replacement of equipment that is problematic or outdated.
• Lead short, focused daily huddles with the Maintenance Team to : s et goals and review daily work plans, a dress resource allocation and field support needs and r einforce communication and operational efficiency.
• Lead and personally respond to maintenance calls to support team and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Confirm scheduled installation dates.
• Confirm installation crews complete and submit a pre-departure checklist for each job.
