Role Description :

Technical / Functional Skills? The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, analytics, and custom solution design.

This role requires hands-on expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, with a particular focus on advanced customizations and Salesforce Analytics(optional).

• ? Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions to support business processes across sales, service, and marketing functions.
• ? Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions (e.g., Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
• ? Create scalable and maintainable custom objects, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Apex classes / triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• ? Implement automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
• ? Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems via REST / SOAP APIs.
• ? Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment.
• ? Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, particularly in analytics and reporting.
• ? Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
• ? Proven experience in building and customizing Salesforce Analytics (Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
• ? Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and governance.
• ? Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST / SOAP APIs.
• ? Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., SFDX, Git, CI / CD pipelines).
