Position Overview :

The Brand President – FRSTeam serves as the strategic and operational leader of the contents restoration franchise system, driving growth, profitability, and brand excellence across the network. This executive role is responsible for guiding franchisees toward sustained success, ensuring alignment with Empower Brands, and positioning FRSTeam as the premier choice in the contents restoration industry. The Brand President will champion innovation, operational excellence, and franchisee support while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Core Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Growth :

• Define and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy for the FRSTeam franchise system.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand brand presence, product lines, and service offerings.
• Continuously analyze industry trends and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
• Align strategic initiatives with Empower Brands' broader objectives while preserving the unique identity of FRSTeam.
