A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator III, responsible for providing high-quality support to partners and improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Operations point of contact for partner inquiries and support
Troubleshoot complex issues and communicate trends to cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain support workflows, knowledge base, and train new employees
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or account / partner management
Expertise in issue resolution and navigating complex tickets
Experience using Excel and basic data & insights tools
Proactive and adaptable with a learning mindset
Fluency in English in a business environment
