The role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning in new markets to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies in hospitality and tourism. Responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing sales and marketing processes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation; providing expert guidance on customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management to strengthen brand loyalty; developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement; and assessing and introducing advanced sales tracking and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
