Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Concos Accounting function. This position provides leadership and direction to the accounting team, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supports the Controller in maintaining the integrity of all financial data and processes.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily accounting activities to maintain the Company's general ledger, and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions
• Lead, supervise, and review the work of the accounting staff, including, but not limited to, check runs, accounts receivable and billing, fixed assets, accounts payable, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses
• Maintain organized and detailed records to document all financial transactions
• Review general ledger accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Supports external auditor processes to facilitate timely and successful audits
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of sales tax, use tax, and 1099 filings
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls
• Prepare ad hoc reports to support the Controller and senior leadership team
• Perform other related duties as assigned
