Job Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on support, system enhancements, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Analyze and document business and system requirements; create design documents for enhancement requests.
• Configure systems based on client needs and develop test scripts for customer testing phases.
• Train end users on Dynamics GP functionality and recommend process and procedure improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards using GP reporting tools and test / document system resolutions.
• Serve as the client's primary Managed Services Lead (MSL), managing proactive and strategic system discussions.
• Coordinate issue resolution, enhancement requests, system checks, updates, and end-user training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing the profitability of each engagement.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services team.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance systems, metrics, processes, and knowledge sharing.
