A leading global financial services firm is seeking an A2A or Associate 2 level banker to join their Technology Investment Banking team. This premier investment bank serves thousands of institutional clients worldwide with a strong platform across fixed income and equity capital markets, M&A advisory, strategic advisory, and private placements.
As an Associate, you will work on focused deal teams with direct client exposure and meaningful transaction responsibility from day one across diverse Technology verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of equity and debt capital raises and M&A advisory transactions
- Prepare and review confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
- Develop comprehensive financial analyses and valuation models
- Conduct sector-specific and company due diligence
- Build relationships with senior bankers, corporate clients, private equity firms, and venture capital investors
- Mentor and train Analyst team members
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degreeInvestment banking background with Technology M&A experience (strong preference for closed deals)Advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis expertise in ExcelRelevant FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 79)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailTeam-oriented work style with proven analytical capabilitiesCurrent or recent Technology sector experience strongly preferredIdeal Candidate Profile
Currently at A2A or Associate 2 level with proven transaction execution track recordExperience across Technology sub-sectors (software, SaaS, fintech, payments, etc.)Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environmentsStrong business judgment and strategic thinkingSelf-motivated with ownership mentalityPassion for technology and financial services innovationWhat We Offer
